This is a tricky question. Basically, it depends upon your company’s leave management policies and the HRMS cancellation features. If your HRMS approves your leave request and you can’t find an option to cancel it, try speaking with your supervisor in person. If you can’t or don’t want to approach them in person, send an email explaining your reasons for canceling. With Strandum’s Leave Management system, you can cancel a leave request after its approved. Employees can even leave a comment explaining their reasons for canceling.
