A big thank you goes out to every one of our clients who joined us for our Client Networking Event last week in Croke Park and for all the positive feedback we have since received.  In spite of Storm Diana over 90% of Strandum’s clients were represented at the event.

The informal setting together with short presentations, buffet lunch and plenty of networking time proved to be an absolute winning formula amongst our guests.

There was plenty to talk about and share from Strandum including new modules, new functionality, enhanced mobile applications, introducing new members of the Client Services Team and the User Group program for 2019.

Brendan Carney, Strandum CEO gave an overview on what’s been happening in the company in 2018 including the unprecedented growth in new clients and total number of users.  Brendan shared details on the increased investments the company has made in R&D throughout the year, it’s expanded partnership with REI (Retail Excellence Ireland) for 2019, the launch of the Strandum’s new Web site and the opening of a dedicated software development centre in Bratislava.

In 2018 Strandum expanded it’s CSR activities by increasing its sponsorship of local sports clubs and a young golfer starting out his career in the professional ranks.  Brendan also announced that Strandum have chosen to provide direct physical and financial support to Coolmine drug and alcohol treatment centre.  This is an extremely important facility which provides residential assistance, training and a variety of programs for disadvantaged men and women recovering from alcohol and substance addictions.  It was great to see the enthusiasm from our clients to get involved and help support this great initiative.

2019 is without doubt going to be another exciting year for Strandum and our clients.  We have taken away all the feedback, suggestions and knowledge gained during the event and will convert it into increased benefits for all.
